At The Mystical Moon Online Store we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
• Essential oils and bath products are only eligible for return if the seal is intact.
• Custom products, special events, and readings are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged; sale items are final sale.

When returning an item, please note that:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
• When mailing returned items, please ensure they are carefully packaged. We are not responsible for any items that are broken during the return shipping process.
