5 Ways to Use Sun's Eye Oils in Your Practice

Choose an oil that matches your intention. Put a few drops on your fingertips and rub the oil onto your candle while you hold that intention in mind. Traditionally, you stroke from the base up toward the wick to call something in, and from the wick down to the base to release something.
