Refund and Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love every treasure you bring home from The Mystical Moon. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or order number.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@themysticalmoon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved return request can't be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used candles, incense, sage, sprays, and oils
- Sale and clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
- Classes, workshops, readings, and digital downloads
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at info@themysticalmoon.com with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card company to post it.
