Start by opening a window or door so stale energy has somewhere to go. Pour a small amount into your palms, rub them together, and sweep your hands over your head, shoulders, and arms while you set your intention for clarity. To clear a room, add a capful to a bowl of water and wipe down doorways, windowsills, and mirrors, moving from the back of your home toward the front door. For a ritual bath, add a few capfuls to warm water and soak with your intention in mind.
