How to Use It: Open a window or door and settle into a comfortable seat. Light the tip of the bundle, let it catch, then gently blow out the flame so it smolders over a fireproof dish or shell. Starting at the base of your spine, slowly guide the smoke upward along the front of your body, pausing briefly at each chakra from root to crown and imagining its color glowing brighter. When you're done, move through your home from the front door counterclockwise if you'd like to clear the space too.
