Description
Doors that won't open. Paths that keep circling back to the same place.
Sometimes the road simply needs to be asked to clear. This oil is used to anoint your intentions for new paths and fresh starts. 🌙
Abre Camino (Open Roads) Ohli-Way Oil is a 1oz ritual oil from Azure Green, named for the Spanish phrase meaning "open the road." In Latin American and Afro-Caribbean folk traditions, Abre Camino is the classic road-opener — associated with clearing stuck energy and welcoming new directions, opportunities, and beginnings. The name is shared with the Abre Camino plant, long used in Cuban folk practice for this same purpose. This blend is made for dressing candles, anointing ritual tools, and marking thresholds. Drawn along a candle, it's associated with lighting the way forward. Touched to a doorframe, it's traditionally believed to welcome fresh energy into your home. Added to intention work, it supports your focus on the next step rather than the last closed door. A few drops and a clear intention, and your space becomes a place where something new feels possible.

✔ Blessing petition papers, applications, and vision boards
✔ Altar work at seasonal turning points, from Samhain to the new yearHow to Use It:
Begin by writing your intention on a small slip of paper — be specific about the door you're asking to open. Place a few drops of Abre Camino oil in your palm and draw it along your taper candle from the base up toward the wick, as if tracing the road ahead of you. Set the candle in its holder, place your paper beneath it, and light it while speaking your intention aloud. Before you begin your day, touch a single drop to the frame of your front door as a quiet invitation for new energy to enter. Let the candle burn while you're present, or snuff it and relight it over several days as your intention unfolds. 🌿✨
Every road begins with a single open door.
Care / Please Note: For ritual and aromatic use only. Not for ingestion. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If applying to skin, dilute in a carrier oil and patch test first; avoid contact with eyes. Oil may stain fabric and some wood finishes — test a small hidden spot before anointing doorways or furniture. Store tightly capped, away from heat and direct sunlight. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Spiritual properties are shared for intention and ritual purposes only.
