• Essential oils and bath products are only eligible for return if the seal is intact.
• Custom products, special events, and readings are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged; sale items are final sale.

When returning an item, please note that:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
• When mailing returned items, please ensure they are carefully packaged. We are not responsible for any items that are broken during the return shipping process.
