Fennel essential oil is best recognized for its distinct licorice aroma and taste. It can be added to water as a satisfying alternative to sweets. Fennel oil also promotes metabolic, digestive, and circulatory function when ingested.*
Uses
- Add a drop of Fennel essential oil to water or tea when fighting a sweet tooth.
- Add one to two drops of Fennel oil in a veggie capsule to promote healthy digestion.*
Directions for Use:
Aromatic use: Place 3-4 drops into the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
