    • Description

Something in you wants to slow down and go deep.
You're ready for a quiet, sacred hour with yourself.

This incense carries the dark, sweet resin of ancient temples. 🌑✨

Myrrh Stick Hem Incense is handmade in India by HEM, with a deep, warm, slightly bitter and sweet resin scent. Myrrh (Commiphora) is a resin from Arabia and northeastern Africa. It was used in ancient Egyptian temple rites and embalming, and it was one of the three gifts of the Magi. It is associated with the Moon and the element of Water and is traditionally used for blessing, consecration, purification, and spirit communication. It is often burned alongside frankincense. As the smoke rises, the room turns hushed and still, like the inside of an old stone temple.

      Why You'll Love It:

      ✔ 8 hand-rolled sticks per box
✔ Deep, warm, sweet resin scent
✔ About 30–45 minutes per stick
✔ Made in India by HEM
✔ Associated with blessing, consecration, and spirit communication
✔ Pairs with a Black Moonstone Tumbled stone and Frankincense Oil by Sun's Eye

      Perfect For:

      ✔ Samhain and ancestor ritual
✔ Dark moon and new moon work
✔ Blessing altars and ritual tools
      ✔ Meditation and prayer
✔ Spirit communication and mediumship practice

      How to Use It:

On a dark or new moon night, dim the lights and light a stick in a heat-safe holder, blowing it out gently once it catches. Touch a drop of Frankincense Oil to your black moonstone, the classic pairing of these two ancient resins, and hold it in your receiving hand. Sit quietly and invite your guides or loved ones in spirit to come close, then listen. Write down what you receive before the stick burns out. Never leave burning incense unattended. 🌑🌙

Dark resin, quiet night, a door left open for spirit.

      Frequently Asked Questions

How long does each stick burn?
About 30–45 minutes. A fan, air conditioning, or an open window can make it burn faster.

Can I burn myrrh with frankincense?
Yes. They've been burned together since ancient times, and many practitioners love the pairing for blessing and prayer.

      Care / Please Note:

For spiritual and ritual use only. Burn on a heat-safe surface (or in a heat-safe incense holder) in a well-ventilated area, away from anything flammable. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children and pets. Not for consumption.
