Ritual Tip: Work with SHADOW GUARD during the waning moon, when the energy is traditionally associated with releasing and closing chapters. Ring the bell first to mark the beginning, and again at the end to close. Before you light anything, name out loud what you're clearing and what boundary you're setting in its place — the naming is the ritual.
